honey and co x hair factoree the third

Lily is one of my favorite friends you guys, and she is also one third part of honey and co.  She is so fun and easy to be around, but also has a love for people that is unmatchable.  She happens to carry the best attribute a person can have... if you cry to her she will shed a genuine tear for you. no one wants to be the only person crying at any point in time... ever!!  she is so cool.

I love that we are finishing up this series with the honey and co. girls, as we approach wedding season.  Find them on instagram and pinterest for inspiration!

alright enough shooting the bull, here we goooooo

first things first, tease the crown of your head to give some volume, then where you want your "french twist" to be, tease there so there is a cushion for you to put your pins.

then take your hand and keep your 4 fingers together leaving your thumb out. start at the ends of your hair and roll your hair up into your hand, you can hold some of the hair with your thumb.  if you keep your hand pushed against your head it will help hold the hair.  then with your other hand begin to pin the open side of your twist while your hand is still inside of the twist.  feel free to go either direction with what is comfortable to you.

now mess it up a bit, if it needs messing.

and get the hairs down in front of your ear, for a more unfinished style. (ps doesnt this look amazing on her!?!)

and for the backside...

thank you honey and co. for being the quickest learners, most beautiful models, and for sharing my love of having 34 products on my counter to choose from every morning.
